1. Shipping

At Enti Apparel, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 3–7 business days
• New Zealand: 7–14 business days

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.

2. Returns

Please note: ENTI Apparel does not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final. Please ensure you check the size guide and product details carefully before purchasing.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos if applicable, and our team will assist you.
